In 2026, he also became the agent of @artists. Jean Marc Tola (JMT-PROD) is a French beatmaker, producer, and sonic architect born in Marseille in 1969. Raised on the energy of IAM, NTM, Wu-Tang Clan, KRS-One and Public Enemy, he started crafting beats on an Amiga in the late ’80s, digging deep into sampling culture and raw hip-hop aesthetics. From founding the group La Cinquième Colonne in the 90s to exploring hip-hop, funk, reggae, jazz and electro, JMT has built a sound driven by groove, rhythm and authenticity. Back in the game since 2016 with fresh productions, he continues to create, collaborate and push new projects. Always searching for new voices, new stories and new vibes.
